Job Title:                Program/Contracts Manager

 

 Labor Description:   Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and   technical performance of company programs/contracts. Responsibilities also include aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparation of proposals, plans,

 specifications, and financial conditions of   contracts. Develops new

 business and expands core capabilities. Ensures adherence to strategic plans and schedules, develops solutions to program

 problems, and directs work of incumbents  assigned to

 program/contracts on and off site. Ensures projects are  completed on

 time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team  regarding

 projects, tasks, and operations.

 

Minimum Education:     Requires a bachelor's degree.  Masterís degree      preferred. 

 

Minimum Experience:  10 years of experience.  Familiar with standard

concepts, practices, and procedures of     government and private contracting. Relies on  extensive  experience and judgment to plan and

accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.  Knowledge of FAR  clauses a plus.

Job Title:            Accountant

Labor Description    Prepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. Responsibilities also include analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict expenses and future revenues. Responsible for invoicing customers on accounts receivables and prompt payment of accounts payables. Reports organization's finances to management, and offers suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies, and assumptions underlying budget forecasts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Government contracting and FAR/DFAR experience a must. 

Minimum Education:    Requires a bachelor's degree.

Minimum Experience: Six to eight years experience in the accounting  field and understand a variety of accounting  concepts, practices, and procedures. Deltek experience is required.

 

Job Title:            Web Designer

Labor Description  Develops and maintains the company's portal. Performs backups and ensure user accessibility to the site. Monitors site traffic and helps scale site capacity to meet traffic demands performance. Improves the company's efficiency and designs the look and feel for the site.

Minimum Education:      Requires a bachelor's degree.

Minimum Experience:    Two to four years of experience in the web design field.  Must have a working knowledge of HTML,   JavaScript, FORTRAN, SQL, and other web publishing softwares.

Minimum Experience: Ten (10) years of specialized experience planning and managing Commercial and/or Government Programs.

Minimum Education: Master's degree from an accredited university.

Labor Description:  Provides oversight and guidance for the development and implementation of organization-wide policies and procedures.  May specialize in administration, management, communications, information technology, or records and accounting requirements of the organization.  Advises on administrative assignments and on how to develop solutions and procedures to improve departmental policies or work flow.  Oversees the analysis of program goals and resource requirements.  Provides expert advice on resolving problems in departmental and field operations and procedures, generating feasible alternatives based on thorough research and analysis.  Ensures that all major issues are studied and communicated throughout the organization.  Suggests the establishment of ongoing channels of communication and confirms that essential information is made available to management through these channels. Ensures that all management-level personnel understand the duties of their positions and carry out their individual mandates for action.
